2024 Rental for the house is £795 per week, all inclusive ( we only do weekly rentals ) this includes all electricity, bedding, telephone and unlimited wi-fi. There is nothing whatsoever else to pay. We operate a flat rate rental. Change over day is FRIDAY.

Well behaved dogs are welcome ( Maximum two ).

The dining kitchen is fully equipped, including a fan oven, 3 ring hob, grilling Microwave, and there is also a dishwasher and small washing machine. There is no television signal at Second Coast, we have a TV licence so you can access BBC player, and you will find a flat screen TV linked to a DVD player. We also have a telephone and you are welcome to use it and share the number with people who may need to contact you (it does not have international access!)

Our garden is to the front of the house, with benches to sit out on, and a Summer House with more garden furniture, and a Barbecue (which is in the byre). Bikes can be kept dry in the adjacent Byre. There are a few houses nearby but the garden feels very open, with private areas. Behind the house are fields so there is a lovely feeling of space.

We operate very much on a trust basis , however any damage that involves an insurance claim will render you liable for the small insurance excess.

The house has very steep stairs and small children will have to be helped on the stairs. We would also like to point out that the bath access with shower, is tight so probably difficult for those with mobility problems. Furthermore there is an open stream in the garden, that could be a hazard for small children at times of heavy rain.
