Our croft house retains much of its Highland character but also provides modern comforts. This is not just a holiday home, it is our our own second home, in a small coastal community. The house is very rustic, best for walkers and dog owners. Not at all fancy but comfortable and welcoming and authentic !
The House sleeps four, and briefly comprises, Sitting Room, Modern Dining Kitchen, Large Sun Porch overlooking the bay, Double Bedroom, Twin bedded room, and Bathroom with shower over bath.

Located midway between Gairloch and Ullapool, and about 1.5 hours from Inverness, the house is an ideal base for hill walking, mountaineering and sea based pursuits. The local Post Office is 5 minutes away by car, and sells fuel and a good range of provisions. There are more extensive shops and hotels at Poolewe and Gariloch.
If you don't want to do healthy stuff, indulge yourself on the wonderful beaches around the area. Gruinard beach is 5 minutes by car, Mellon Udrigle beach is 15 minutes away, and are both wonderful places to spend a warm sunny day.
If you don't want to cook there are two hotels serving bar meals, 20 minutes away at Gairloch. Alternatively there is a wide range of fine food available at Ullapool and a lovely Pub with amazing views at Badachro (The Badachro Inn).
